When does my 7-day trial begin?
When you activate your trial licence on your WordPress website. Requesting a key does not start the clock.
How does the Connector install Ecom and CRM?
After you verify your email and receive a key, upload the Connector once through your WordPress admin. It checks your licence and installs the published Ecom and CRM releases.
Can staff use CRM without opening WordPress admin?
Yes. CRM staff use the /crm workspace on your site. The WordPress administrator retains owner access.
How do I recharge credits?
Open the recharge page, verify the account email, select your licence and package, and complete the payment. Credits are added after payment verification.
Where do plugin updates appear?
Connected sites can receive authenticated releases published by Galekzie through the normal WordPress plugin updates screen.
